We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our "Vela-Shield™" technical fabrics. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

2. Safe Usage & Legal Disclaimer (Aura™ Personal Alarm)

The Aura™ Pendant and integrated security features are designed as supplementary safety tools and "Invisible Sanctuaries" for personal peace of mind.

  • Self-Defense Limitation: VELAAMARI products are NOT weapons and should not be used as such. They are auditory deterrents and signaling devices.

  • Liability Waiver: VELAAMARI shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use or failure of the product to prevent a crime, harassment, or emergency.

  • User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to comply with local laws regarding the use of personal sound signaling devices in their respective jurisdiction.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the brand concept of "Tranquil Authority," is the property of VELAAMARI and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Since we ship from our Technical Fulfillment Center in China, ensuring your shipping address is 100% accurate is vital for a successful "Tranquil Journey."
